Using TUKOHAPA
By creating an account or booking a delivery you agree to these terms. You must give accurate pickup and drop-off details and a reachable phone number so the rider can complete your order.
Bookings and pricing
Prices shown at booking are estimates based on distance and the delivery speed you choose. Final charges may change if the route, weight or waiting time differs from what was booked.
Items we cannot carry
We do not carry illegal goods, hazardous materials, live animals, cash beyond agreed limits, or anything that breaches Kenyan law. Orders containing such items may be cancelled without refund.
Payments
Personal accounts pay by M-PESA at the time of booking. Business and corporate accounts may be invoiced monthly under the rate agreed with our team; invoices are due within the agreed period.
Cancellations
You may cancel before a rider is dispatched at no cost. Once a rider is on the way, a cancellation fee may apply to cover the trip already made.
Liability
We take reasonable care of every parcel. Where an item is lost or damaged in our care, compensation is limited to the declared value up to our published cover limit. Perishables and improperly packed items are excluded.
Riders and partners
Riders operating on the platform must hold valid licences and comply with our safety standards. We may suspend any account or rider that breaches these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions? Email info@tukohapa.com.
