Information we collect
We collect the details you give us when you create an account or book a delivery, your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, and parcel details. We also record delivery history so you can review past orders.
How we use your information
Your information is used to dispatch riders, keep you updated on the progress of a delivery, process payments, provide customer support, and improve the reliability of our service.
Location data
When you pin a pickup or drop-off point, or allow us to use your current location, we use that location only to match you with the nearest rider and to guide the delivery. Riders see only the addresses needed to complete your order.
Payments
Payments are handled through M-PESA and other approved channels. We store a record of the transaction reference and amount, but never your PIN or full payment credentials.
Sharing with third parties
We share only what is necessary with the rider handling your delivery and with the payment provider processing your transaction. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention and security
We keep your account and delivery records for as long as your account is active, and apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect them from unauthorised access.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to close your account and delete your data, subject to record-keeping obligations.
